  • Period For Returning Purposes

1.1 As soon as you receive the product, do check whether the product is what you asked for, or if we had made a mistake in delivering the product to you.

1.2 If you find that the product you ordered and the product we delivered are not the same, complain about the same within 24 hours of the delivery. We will fix it!

1.3 In case you received a damaged or defective product. Ensure to click clear images or shoot a video of damaged/defective product and send it to us within 24 hours to our support team at

1.4 An important notice 24 hours period is the uppermost limit for any kind of complaint against defective, damaged, or inappropriate products. If you fail to notify us within 24 hours of delivery we might not help you out later on with the issues.

1.5 As soon as the product is returned and received by our team, the team analyzes the product to ensure adherence to our Return Guidelines. Then a brand new product is shipped at your address as usual or the refund may get initiated depending on the request of the customer.

2.1 The labels and brand packaging should be intact. Do not detach any kind of labelling or brand packaging if you find the product damaged or defective. Prohibit using any other tape for packaging purposes.

2.2 While packing the product include a packing slip, invoice, and accessories that came with the product in their original packaging form (where possible). It helps us to deal with your requests in a timely and effective manner.

2.3 Replacements will be made following the stock availability on the website, if we’re out-of-stock the team will initiate a refund, and then you can place your order again when available.

2.4 Replacing the product when confirmed defective or damaged doesn’t include extra cost, so feel free to inform us regarding any queries for returning the product just ensure you share quality images and videos regarding the same.

1.2 Our expertise crew will contact you and review the reason for cancellation, they’ll try to resolve your concern if possible. Still, if you feel like not dealing with us, we’ll cancel your order.

1.3 Cases of cancellation by the customer:

1.3.1 If an order is placed using the COD (Cash on Delivery) payment method then the order can be cancelled once the team confirms cancellation. In the case where the product is shipped, the cancellation will no longer be available, if you opt to cancel you have to bear the shipping charges.

1.3.2 If an order is placed using an online mode payment method it can be cancelled easily before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped it cannot be cancelled.

1.3.3 The timing for cancellation requests is crucial, if you cancel an order before 6:30 p.m. it will be cancelled on the same day and the refund will be initiated.

1.3.4 Cancellation requests of order after 6:30 p.m. will be confirmed the next day and refund will also be initiated on the next day itself. In the case of weekends, confirmation will take place in the next upcoming working days.

1.4 Cases of cancellation by dealkit

1.4.1 If any technical issues are observed related to the pricing and description information.

1.4.2 The product is out of stock.

1.4.3 Any problem related to payment when identified by the Fraud Detection Department.


2.1 Refund is initiated only in two conditions:

2.1.1 When the order is cancelled by your end due to any reason before the shipping. If the shipping of the product has started we’ll deduct the shipping charges and taxes from your refundable amount.

2.1.2 In case you have returned the product and we were unable to send the replacement for it. You can request a refund, we may ask you for account details or transfer it by the same method we received payment.

2.2 Once the refund is initiated it usually takes up to 7-10 business days. As soon as we initiate a refund we’ll send you the confirmation via email. After that, you may get in touch with your bank account for reflection.

2.3 Sometimes refund requests may take a longer time, if you didn’t receive the refund by the date we promised, feel free to contact us.
